CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
Our jewellery is 925 sterling silver as well as gold-plated sterling silver, brass or stainless steel. These are delicate designs, please wear and store them with care. Plating will last better if you remove your jewellery before you swim, sleep or shower. Fragrance and body lotion may cause discolouration.
DELIVERY
The Makery Collection delivers countrywide and internationally. Deliveries within South Africa are by courier and take between 2 and 5 working days. International deliveries will take longer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. Jewellery must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. All delivery costs related to returns and exchanges are for the customer’s account.
