This multi-coloured medium length hand-beaded necklace is inspired by the remote Mozambican beach village of Santa Maria. The necklace is knotted onto silk thread and features an assortment of antique and modern glass beads, African trade beads, Chinese cloisonné as well as semi-precious stones and coral-coloured shell. The clasp is gold-plated brass and is really cool if worn in front or at the back of your neck. The total length of the Santa Maria necklace is 800mm and it can be worn long or wrapped twice around your neck.
