This pearl necklace is made using freshwater pearls and an over-sized gold-plated ammonite shell charm. The necklace is 450mm in length and the shell is 30mm in diameter. This necklace has a 70mm extension chain to help you play with lengths when layering with other necklaces. Ammonites were shelled marine animals that died out about 60 million years ago. Fossils of them are found all over the world and the charm on this necklace is inspired by those fossils.
