Caring for your Jewellery

The Makery Collection jewellery is made using glass beads, semi-precious stones, pearls, 925 sterling silver, gold plated sterling silver, stainless steel or brass. These are delicate designs, please wear and store them with care. Plating will last better if you remove your jewellery before you swim, sleep or shower. Fragrance and body lotion may cause discolouration.

Delivery

FREE SHIPPING: The Makery Collection is offering FREE SHIPPING on local retail orders until 24 December 2023. Deliveries to outlying areas will be delivered FREE to Pudo drop-off boxes only.

International retail orders: A FLAT RATE of R550 shipping anywhere in the world.

Local and international wholesale orders: Shipping costs and and delivery times to be advised upon receipt of order.

Returns & Exchanges

The Makery Collection offers returns and exchanges on items that are unworn and still in their packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us on info@themakerycollection.com if you would like to request a return or exchange.
